Funnels and stages are an essential part of your records in the Svit.One system, and they can be customized to suit your needs. This guide will walk you through the process of editing funnels and stages in Svit.One to match your business requirements.

Open the Funnel Tab

1. Log in to your Svit.One account.

2. Navigate to the tab containing the funnel you want to edit.

Open Funnel Settings

3. Click on the three-dot icon where additional funnel options are located.

4. Select the "Edit Funnel" option.

Make the Necessary Changes

5. In the funnel editing window, you can change the funnel name and the "Incoming Leads" stage for new leads.

6. Note that the "Incoming Leads", "Captured", and "Lost" stages are mandatory.

7. You can rearrange closed stages and edit other active stages.

8. To add a new stage, simply click the "Add" button and move it to the desired position.

Save the Changes

9. After making all necessary changes, don’t forget to click the "Save" button.
