Before you begin, make sure you have the following:
An active Lead Ads form. It must be created and activated in your Meta Ads Manager.
Prepared fields in Svit.One. Standard fields ("Name," "Phone," "Email") already exist by default. However, if your form collects unique information (e.g., "City," "What service are you interested in?"), make sure you have created the corresponding custom fields in your Svit.One settings beforehand.
A designated place for your data. In Svit.One, you can choose where the data will go:
Option A (Recommended): Directly into the CRM module as a new contact.
Option B: Into a special dataset for further segmentation or bulk operations.
Admin access to the relevant business page in Meta Business Manager.
In your Svit.One account, open the "Settings" → "Integrations" menu. Find "Facebook Leads" in the list and click "Connect." The system will redirect you to Facebook's login page. Log in to your profile and grant Svit.One permission to access your pages and forms.
After authorization, select the business page and the specific form you want to integrate from the list. On the same screen, specify where the leads should be sent (Option A or B). If you choose the CRM module, the system will automatically create not only a contact but also a deal for it. This setting is enabled by default so you can immediately see new leads on your sales kanban board.
This is the key step. The system will automatically suggest all available fields from your Facebook form. Your task is to verify that each one is correctly matched with the corresponding field in Svit.One.
For example:
Full Name → Name
Phone Number → Phone
custom_question_1 → What service are you interested in?
You can change any mapping directly on this screen if needed.
Click "Save," and the integration is active. New leads will begin to arrive in the system in real-time (the average delay is 3-5 seconds). To test it, send a test lead using the Meta Lead Ads Testing Tool and confirm that it appears in Svit.One.
A customer fills out a form on Facebook or Instagram.
