Prepare your form before setting up. Make sure your form is ready in the form library on Facebook.
Prepare a dataset. The fields you want to sync should be present in your dataset
Go to project settings and select "Add Facebook Leads". Then follow the instructions. In this step, you will be asked to log in to Facebook, and provide access to the Facebook page and the form. Here you also need to combine the fields of your form with the fields in the dataset in your CRM.
After all these steps, new leads will immediately appear in CRM. From now on, Facebook leads will be imported into CRM Svit.One in real-time. You no longer need to constantly check your mail or log in to Facebook Manager. Leads will fly into CRM like any other leads from other sources.
